3. Payment information
All payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe.
FundMyMusic does not receive or store your payment card details.

4. Campaign information
Information that creators choose to publish as part of a campaign is intended to be publicly visible.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to publish all information, photographs, audio, video and other material included in their campaigns.
Supporters should be aware that publicly available campaign information may remain visible for archival or historical purposes even after a campaign has ended.
5. Cookies
FundMyMusic uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the website functions correctly, improve performance, remember user preferences and help protect the platform against fraud and abuse.
You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect the operation of certain features of the website.

6. AI-assisted content
FundMyMusic may provide optional AI-assisted tools to help creators prepare campaign descriptions, project updates and promotional material.
Where these tools are used, the creator remains solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all AI-generated content before publication.
FundMyMusic does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated content.
7. Sharing information
FundMyMusic does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
We may share personal information only where necessary to:
- process payments through Stripe;
- comply with applicable law or legal obligations;
- protect the rights, safety or security of FundMyMusic or its users;
- investigate fraud, abuse or suspected unlawful activity; or
- provide services through carefully selected third-party providers acting on our behalf.
